Activity B

This activity focuses on the production of design documentation that will specify the application that will be built.

Because we have created a proposal that is built around requirements, users, and Key Performance Indicators, we can specify the components that we need for the app to be effective and good to use.

The whole design documentation should be comprehensive enough to work as a specification for any developer involved with the project.

This will be a more practical set of activities but you must always link back to the requirements, users, and KPIs specified in Activity A to make sure that the right thing is being built.
