Task Briefs
BRIEF DOCUMENTS¶
The style of the documents will be familiar. Similarly, the layout of the task instructions in each task brief is like those used for the Set Project of the Year 1 Core content.
As usual, the details are sparse and the instructions are vague (IMHO). You need to analyse the content very carefully to make sure that you do everything you have been asked to do. The whole purpose of this guide is to outline the items you must produce.
There's a significant difference in the Task Briefs for the OS Project. The scenario is fully defined in Task 1. Where the scenario and scope changed as each task was released for the Set Project, nothing changes in the scenario between the tasks in the OS project.
The scenario is not released or known until the very first day of the Task 1 component of the project.
However, the style of the project has been consistent for all the project series. So, we can plan the approach in advance.
